# Migrating from Base to Solana

Beezie is moving to Solana! We're bringing our Claws, Marketplace, and collectibles together on one chain to create a simpler, more connected collecting experience.

If you have collectibles or funds on Base, this guide will walk you through migrating them to Solana.

### <mark style="color:yellow;">Migration Timeline</mark>

| Date           | Event                                                              |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **October 18** | Base Claws pause as inventory moves to Solana                      |
| **October 20** | One-click migration opens                                          |
| **October 27** | Migration window closes and automatic collectible migration begins |

After October 27, the Base site will enter maintenance while we migrate remaining eligible collectibles. Marketplace trading, funds bridging, and other Base site actions will be temporarily unavailable.

### <mark style="color:yellow;">How to Migrate to Solana</mark>

Migration is designed to be simple. You can move your eligible collectibles and supported Beezie wallet funds in one process.

#### Step 1: Visit the Migration Page

Go to [**beezie.com/migration**](https://beezie.com/migration) and log in to your Base Beezie account.

#### Step 2: Review Your Assets

The migration page will display your eligible Base assets, including:

* Collectibles in your Beezie inventory
* Supported USDC balance in your Beezie wallet

Review the information before proceeding.

#### **Step 3: Start Your Migration**

Click **"Migrate to Solana"** to begin transferring your eligible assets.

#### **Step 4: Wait for Migration to Complete**

Your migration will begin automatically.

* Migration time depends on the size of your collection.
* Larger collections may take longer to process.
* **Please keep your browser tab open until migration is complete.**

#### **Step 5: Access Your Assets on Solana**

Once migration is complete, you'll see a confirmation showing your successfully migrated collectibles and wallet balance.

Visit [**solana.beezie.com**](https://solana.beezie.com/) and log in using the **same email address associated with your Base Beezie account**.

Your migrated collectibles and funds will be available in your Beezie Solana wallet.

### <mark style="color:yellow;">What Happens If I Don't Migrate?</mark>

If you don't complete your migration before October 27:

#### **Collectibles**

Any remaining eligible Base collectibles will be automatically migrated to your provisioned Solana wallet.

#### **Wallet Funds**

Funds remaining on Base will not migrate automatically.

A dedicated funds-bridging page will be available at [base.beezie.com/migration](http://base.beezie.com/migration) after maintenance to help you transfer any remaining supported funds to Solana.

### <mark style="color:yellow;">Moving Remaining Funds After Migration</mark>

If you still have supported USDC in your Base Beezie wallet after your collectibles have migrated, you can transfer it separately.

1. Access the dedicated balance migration page once available.
2. Review your remaining Base USDC balance.
3. Click **"Migrate balance to Solana."**
4. Keep the page open while the transfer processes.
5. Once complete, your funds will be available in your Beezie Solana wallet.

### <mark style="color:yellow;">Frequently Asked Questions</mark>

#### Do I need to migrate each collectible individually?

No. The migration tool allows you to move your eligible collectibles together in one process.

#### How long does migration take?

Migration time depends on your collection size. Smaller collections may complete in a few minutes, while larger collections may take longer.

#### Can I close the browser during migration?

We recommend keeping the migration page open until you receive confirmation that the process is complete.

#### Do I need to create a new Beezie account?

No. Log in to Beezie on Solana using the same email address associated with your Base account.

#### Will my collectibles migrate automatically?

Yes. Any remaining eligible collectibles will be automatically migrated after the October 27 deadline.

#### Will my wallet funds migrate automatically?

No. Wallet funds must be migrated manually. A dedicated bridging page will remain available after maintenance for supported funds.

#### Can I still trade on the Base Marketplace?

Marketplace trading will remain available during the migration window. Once the window closes, Base Marketplace activity will be unavailable during maintenance.
