### **Submission Form Requirement**

* Ensure the accompanying form is completed before sending your item to Beezie. Items received without this form will be returned to the sender.

### **Shipping Issues**

* Beezie takes responsibility for your asset only once it arrives at our vault. Any issues such as damage or loss during shipping should be addressed with the shipping provider. We are not liable for incidents occurring before the item reaches us.  If we have provided you a shipping label, we will assist in conversations with the shipping provider.   We safeguard your collectibles from the moment they're in our care.

### **Ungraded or Unsupported Assets**

* &#x20;If we receive an ungraded trading card or an asset not supported by our platform, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

#### Tokenization typically takes 7-14 business days after the item enters our vault. We are committed to ensuring a seamless experience and protecting your collectibles throughout the process.
