# Raffle FAQ

### <mark style="color:yellow;">Do I need to make a purchase to enter?</mark>

No. Every raffle includes a free entry option (“AMOE”). No purchase is necessary to participate.

Users can enter eligible raffles using Beezie Points directly through the platform. Each raffle will display the required number of points per entry and any applicable entry limits.

### <mark style="color:yellow;">How do I earn Beezie Points?</mark>

Points may be earned through eligible platform activity including Claw pulls, swaps, marketplace purchases, Quests, promotions, and other community activities.

### <mark style="color:yellow;">Is there a limit to how many entries I can submit?</mark>

Some raffles may allow multiple entries while others may include entry limits. Any limits will be listed directly on the raffle page.

### <mark style="color:yellow;">How are winners selected?</mark>

Winners are selected randomly after the raffle entry period closes.

### <mark style="color:yellow;">How will I know if I win?</mark>

Selected winners will receive an email notification using the email address associated with their Beezie account.

### <mark style="color:yellow;">What happens if I win?</mark>

Winners must respond to the prize notification email within 10 business days and complete any required identity verification (KYC). Once verification is completed, the prize will be transferred to the winner’s Beezie account.

### <mark style="color:yellow;">What happens if I do not respond to the winner notification email?</mark>

If a selected winner does not respond within 10 business days, Beezie may disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner.

### <mark style="color:yellow;">Can I cancel my raffle entries or get my points back?</mark>

No. Once points are used to enter a raffle, entries are final and points cannot be refunded unless otherwise required by law.

The free alternative method of entry (“AMOE”) instructions for each raffle will be listed directly on the applicable raffle page and in the official Terms & Conditions.
