# Points Vault FAQ

The Points Vault is a limited-time experience where you can spend points for a chance at random rewards like discount codes, free Claw pulls, graded cards, and sealed product.

Each time you spend points, you receive one random reward from the available Vault inventory.

You cannot choose your reward.

#### <mark style="color:yellow;">What kind of rewards are available?</mark>

Rewards may include:

* Discount codes
* Free Claw pulls
* Graded cards
* Sealed product

Each Vault may have different rewards.

Earn Vault Key status before the deadline by completing:

#### <mark style="color:yellow;">Will the Vault stay open the entire time?</mark>

Not guaranteed.

The Vault will close as soon as rewards are fully claimed.

Not guaranteed.

Each Vault opening is independent and may not return.

#### <mark style="color:yellow;">Do I need points to participate?</mark>

Yes.

You must spend points to receive rewards.

* Points are permanently deducted from your total
* This reduces your all-time points balance
* Points spent will not count toward future events or promotions

Weekly & Monthly Leaderboards

* Based on points earned during that timeframe
* Points spent in the Points Vault do NOT reduce your rank here

All-Time Leaderboard & Profile

* Reflect your current total points balance
* Points spent in the Points Vault WILL reduce your total here

No.

Vault Key only gives you early access.

You still need points to spend.

Yes.

Inventory is shared across all users and will be claimed as people spend points.

You may see some rewards, but outcomes are always random.
